We stay at the Best Western at Topaz Lake which overlooks . . . . you guessed it, Topaz Lake ! We do multiple loads of laundry using the guest laundry room.
The lake appears to be a fishing destination. However, with the slow economy, the 30 room motel had only 3 rooms filled. The owner, an Indian, was telling us during breakfast how he was born in India, and went to an english school to specifically learn everything needed to emigrate to America. He bought this motel so he could help others follow on their emigration. It hasn’t been working as well as he had hoped.
