In 2009 we traveled to Cat Island for a week. We chose Cat Island because we'd never been there yet and we wanted to explore a new island this year. We had a nice rental house near Pigeon Cay. In our 1 week stay we explored the island from the southern tip to the northern tip. Cat Island is a lot less touristy than Abaco and Eleuthera. It is more like Long Island.
